If you invite outside guests or bring outside suppliers, we classify the booking as an event and apply the corresponding event package.
How many guests can Praia accommodate?
Events can accommodate up to 100 guests. Private Whole House stays are publicly offered for up to 12 registered guests.
Does a reservation request confirm my date?
No. A request creates a pencil reservation. Your date becomes confirmed only after Praia verifies the required payment and sends your confirmation.
Is breakfast included with room stays?
Breakfast is not included. Guests may use the fully functioning shared kitchen and available utensils to prepare meals.
